Abu Rara Penusuk Wiranto Divonis 12 Tahun Penjara

CilkulNews, Jakarta - Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat menjatuhkan vonis hukuman penjara selama 12 tahun terhadap Syahrial Alamsyah alias Abu Rara. Ia merupakan terdakwa penusuk Wiranto atau mantan Menteri Koordinator Politik Hukum dan Keamanan dan beberapa orang lainnya. Hukuman tersebut dikurangi dengan masa tahanan yang sudah dijalani Abu Rara.

"Menyatakan terdakwa Syahrial Alamsyah alias Abu Rara telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana terorisme dengan mengajak anak dan tindak pidana terorisme sebagaimana dakwaan I dan dakwaan II," ucap hakim ketua Masrizal membacakan vonis, Kamis, 25 Juni 2020.

Masrizal menyatakan perbuatan Abu Rara sesuai dengan Pasal 15 juncto Pasal 6 Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2003 tentang penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2002 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Terorisme menjadi Undang-undang.

Hakim menyampaikan hal-hal yang memberatkan Abu Rara dalam perkara ini adalah bahwa perbuatan terdakwa dinilai tidak mendukung pemerintah dalam upaya pemberantasan terorisme, dan dia tidak pernah menyesali perbuatannya. "Sementara hal yang meringankan, terdakwa tidak pernah dihukum sebelumnya," kata hakim Masrizal.

Atas putusan ini, Abu Rara menerimanya atau tidak mengajukan banding. Sementara jaksa penuntut umum menyatakan masih pikir-pikir atas putusan hakim.

Abu Rara menusuk Wiranto ketika tengah berkunjung ke Alun-alun Menes, Desa Purwaraja, Pandeglang, Banten pada 10 Oktober 2019. Dia menusuk Wiranto pada bagian perut dan juga menusuk dada pemimpin Pesantren Mathla'ul Anwar, Fuad Syauqi.

Sedangkan istri Abu Rara, yakni Fitria Andriana menusuk punggung bagian belakang Kepala Kepolisian Sektor Menes, Komisaris Dariyanto. Dalam melakukan aksi terorisme yang dianggap amaliyah ini, Abu Rara dan Fitria juga mengajak anak mereka yang masih di bawah umur.
